Young farmer of the future
The Young Farmer of the Future project was born with the objective of providing vocational training in the agricultural sector to young people. Held in partnership with Senar - National Rural Apprenticeship Service, the course is divided into two stages: the first focused on the pedagogical area, leading young people to get to know each other, develop themselves and work as a group. The second stage, directed to agricultural area, helds practical classes on breeding, cultivation, planting and harvests.

The social inclusion of professionals with disabilities is carried out in partnership with the CAPE - Advanced Center of Business Pedagogy, with exclusive vacancies for the work of these people in an environment appropriate to their needs.

Labor gymnastics
The quality of life of employees is important. In partnership with SESI Sertãozinho, the Labor Gymnastics is held in company, encouraging the practice of regular physical activities.
The preparatory gymnastics is given by physical education professionals, performed before the beginning of the activities in the company, which demonstrably improves and conditions the performance of the workers.
 
Future Athlete Program
In partnership with SESI Sertãozinho and the Municipality of Viradouro, Viralcool maintains the Athlete of the Future Program.
With the objective of socializing children and young people and promoting their initiation in sports activities, it offers free courses on motor initiation, pre-sports initiation and sports learning.
 
Pregnancy Course
Viralcool, with the support of the Preventive Health Center of Viradouro and São Francisco Health Care, conducts the “Pró-nascer” (Pro-birth) course of Pregnancy, which offers guidance to the mothers of the community on how to take care of their health and the health of the baby, alerting about the Importance of follow-up before, during and after delivery.
The course is developed by a team of professionals composed by doctors, nurses, case-workers, nutritionist, among others.
 
Demanding Love
Demanding love is an innovative program that works with support and guidance groups for parents, youth and educators to prevent the use and dependence of alcohol and other drugs. The groups support and facilitate behavioral changes in the family and in society, aiming at improving the quality of life.
Its target audience is everyone who wants to be involved in drug prevention - children, youth, users and dependents, parents, mothers, spouses, partners, the elderly, schools and the community.
 
Group of Volunteers
In order to solidify the social actions already developed for years, Viralcool created the Volunteer Group - Sowing Good, which counts on several collaborators who are always involved in solidarity actions, including campaigns of food collection, visits to institutions, among others.
One of the most active and important actions is the "Friends of Blood Donation" group, which often donates blood to the region´s blood banks. In addition, Viralcool encourages its collaborators to donate, always with campaigns and a coffe break with the donators, a special event performed in the brazilian national  blood donator´s day (November 25th).
